Tenants are required to pay rent and all other amounts owed through secure online resident portal. All residents who pay their rent and/or any other amounts owed with a check will be charged a check processing fee. We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances. If you need help setting up your portal, feel free to call your Management office for assistance. Your secure portal is accessible on your mobile device, tablet, and desktop computer.

In any threatening situation involving fire, and/or requiring the attention of the police, rescue, or ambulance, call 911 as soon as it is safe for you to do so. Then contact the building management to report the situation.
